Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
• Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods and communicate wait times to guests.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering questions.
• Support the overall guest experience by assisting in various areas of the restaurant as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to help others.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.
