Janitorial Position – Commercial Office Building

Location: Henrietta, Texas
Schedule: After-hours, flexible times
Compensation: Compensation based on experience $20-$30 per hour average rate
Employment Type: (Part-Time, 1 cleaning weekly, ongoing weekly service, long term contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects client spaces, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas using approved cleansers.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)
• Clean glass doors, window seals, and partitions
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Background check may be required
