Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for precision machining, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality component parts according to specifications.
  • Create programs for CNC machines using CAD/CAM software.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure precise machining operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct quality inspections of machined parts to verify conformance to customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, including knowledge of various machining techniques and tooling.
  • Strong programming skills with the ability to write and edit G-code programs.
  • Experience interpreting and manually editing G-Code.
  • Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit) preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to provide leadership and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Train operators and help troubleshoot.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
