We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with deep DevOps expertise to lead the planning and execution of our infrastructure and automation initiatives. You'll be the strategic driver behind our DevOps roadmap, orchestrating complex technical projects while keeping engineering teams and business stakeholders aligned and moving forward. Responsibilities
Drive project planning and execution across DevOps initiatives, including roadmap development, timeline management, risk assessment, and dependency tracking
Manage end-to-end delivery of DevOps projects including new CI/CD pipeline implementation, infrastructure automation, and data ingestion workflows
Track project health, surface blockers early, and drive resolution to keep momentum
Facilitate collaboration between DevOps, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to ensure timely, in-scope delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, maintaining clarity and focus on execution
Bridge technical and business contexts by translating engineering requirements into actionable project plans, milestones, and stakeholder-friendly updates
Qualifications
7+ years of technical project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering initiatives
Hands-on background in DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, cloud platforms)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, deployment processes, and automation frameworks
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from conception through delivery
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business audiences
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar hands-on technical role
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their DevOps tooling
Knowledge of data engineering workflows and infrastructure requirements
Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Work Environment
Location: This position is Onsite. This role is based at our Bellevue, WA office location, and employees are expected to work on-site during regular business hours.
Compensation
The compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The estimated salary range for this role is 135, ,000 USD.
