The Dolce Spoon, a new boutique bakery opening soon in the Alpharetta, is looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a bakery from the very beginning — to help shape its quality, culture, and success. We're looking for someone who is passionate about their eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of products daily, ensuring consistency in quality, texture, and presentation.
• Follow recipes and production plans accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times.
• Support the setup and smooth operation of a new bakery environment.
• Occasionally assist with special orders, events, or catering needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial baking experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of baking methods, precision, and consistency.
• Understanding of food safety practices (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
