Join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick products for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is central to our fulfillment operations, requiring speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment according to carrier and company guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Wear necessary PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse/logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of general warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
