This role is multifaceted, involving tasks such as receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques for all product handling.
- Wear and care for all assigned PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse flow.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
