Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our advanced **Logistics** facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is critical for maintaining the operational integrity of our warehouse equipment and ensuring the smooth functioning of our distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, a keen understanding of **Safety** protocols, and a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving. You will be responsible for the upkeep of machinery, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring all **PPE** is utilized correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and meets **Safety** standards.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and **Safety** checks.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
  • Implement and enforce **Safety** procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Wear and properly utilize all required **PPE**.
  • Support **Logistics** operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment availability.
  • Perform other technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse **Logistics** and operational workflows.
  • Ability to **Lifting** and operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with **Safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements in a warehouse setting.
  • Certification in forklift operation is a plus.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
  • A strong commitment to **Safety** is essential.
