We are hiring an Order Picker in Richmond, Virginia, to support our expanding logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, ensuring the right products are picked efficiently and with precision. You will utilize pick lists, RF scanners, and other warehouse technology to complete orders. This position requires attention to detail, a good memory for product locations, and the physical ability to perform frequent lifting and movement. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is crucial. The ideal candidate will be energetic, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to meeting picking quotas and quality standards. Experience with order picking or in a warehouse environment is a plus. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your safety on the job.
