Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and storing inventory.
- Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately using order sheets or scanners.
- Pack products carefully, ensuring they are protected for shipping.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and protocols, utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed and trained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is desirable.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse principles.
