Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, involving the handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You'll be involved in various warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to Safety standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, physically capable, and possess a strong work ethic. This position offers a stable work environment with opportunities for advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory, verifying shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently for outgoing shipments.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of all goods.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper stock rotation and placement.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Support the Logistics team with various tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in tasks requiring regular Lifting of boxes and materials.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding and adherence to Safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues within the Logistics flow.
