About

The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The General Manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Control labor costs & food costs
  • Develops appropriate plans to resolve unfavorable trends in controllables, QA, sales and profits
  • Build, motivate, and train a team required to operate store
  • Deliver excellent service to guests

EXPECTATIONS OF MANAGERS:

  • Business maturity and professionalism necessary to handle pressures of the position
  • Ability to manage a profit and loss statement, control labor costs, food costs and other business related functions
  • Beyond business skills, Managers are required to be team builders
  • You must be able to motivate others, create a stable environment, handle conflict and encourage recognition
  • A good Manager takes care of employees and customers
