SET SCHEDULE: SATURDAY 10:00PM-6:00PM, SUNDAY 8:00PM-4:00PM, MONDAY 8:00AM-4:00PM, & TUESDAY 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lobby attendant to join our team at Brut Hotel. In this role, you will ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment, contributing to the overall guest experience in our luxurious boutique hotel. Lobby attendant is apart of the housekeeping team and is responsible for cleaning common areas such as the lobby, public restrooms, halls, ect.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.
• Assist with laundry services as required to support housekeeping operations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. (Experience not required)
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus but not required.
