Job Overview
Ayebee Behavioral Consultants is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Home Based Behavior Therapists to join our growing team in Ipswich and surrounding areas. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide one-on-one support to clients with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in in structured settings but also on promoting social and communication growth in natural environments, including community outings. Duties
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Record accurate and detailed data on client behaviors and skill acquisition.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers to support client progress.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing supervision.
Experience
- Must be 21 years or older to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred Training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Prior to employment successful candidate must pass background check and driving record check.
