Job Description
You will be the Program Manager for the Javelin and Multi‑Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) Risk & Opportunity team. Our team is responsible for deploying and continuously improving the Risk & Opportunity process across both portfolios to safeguard schedule, cost, and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end R&O process, guiding Integrated Project Teams, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Design, execute, and maintain Risk & Opportunity Management Plans for both portfolios.
- Chair the monthly R&O Management Board, ensuring risks and opportunities are reviewed, assigned, and tracked.
- Partner with IPT leads to align risk handling with the Integrated Master Schedule and program baselines.
- Maintain live risk/opportunity registers and produce executive dashboards.
- Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and drive adoption of best‑in‑class R&O tools.

Ability to work remotely
