Position Summary/Objective: This position will help produce stage and screen presence at Timberwolves and Lynx home games, ensuring a best-in-class fan experience. This position reports to the Director of Game Presentation and will work to deliver an entertaining and exciting atmosphere at Timberwolves and Lynx home games and events. We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
- Responsible for all "day of" game and event paperwork including format/rundown, PA's, corporate activations/ branding, and scoreboard messages during Lynx season
- Schedule, manage, and track all game day elements from other departments including but not limited to Partnership Marketing, Community Impact, Marketing, and Ticket Sales during Lynx season
- Responsible for hiring, scheduling and overall supervision of Game Presentation Assistants and Action Pack on event and non-event days
- Assist with coordinating all activities in the arena including Crunch, Prowl, Hoop Man, DJs, sponsor activations, presentations, as well as various other game presentation areas including music, lighting, signage, etc.
- Responsible for LPE asset storage, organization, and management at Target Center
- Primary department lead for all giveaways, t-shirts, and promotional items.
- Assist with coordinating all audition processes for the Live Programming and Entertainment department, as well as clinic and workshop processes for department

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:
- Strong written and interpersonal skills required.
- Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well on a team and independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Experience: One (1) year of event planning or management is preferred. Sports experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position will supervise part-time game night staff.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff will be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx home games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is generally sedentary in nature, and the working environment is favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate to high levels of noise.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff will frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff may occasionally move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
Travel Position may require travel to external events.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Sales Compensation: The base salary range for this exempt role will be: $50,000-$60,000. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:

Regular full-time employees start with 11 Holidays, at least 20 paid PTO days, 2 Volunteer days, and 4 Personal Holidays in each calendar year.
Work Environment
