Bracebridge is looking for a dynamic professional to provide high level administrative support as well as personal assistance to the COO/CFO. You will be acting as their primary assistant and liaison in both their personal and professional lives. Demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to think on their feet, qualified candidates must be able to find ways to maximize and leverage the executive's time. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, balance priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work. The incumbent will be expected to prioritize their day to meet the needs of the Partner whom they support.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Exercise initiative and independent judgment in managing the executive's schedule, daily work and personal activities.
  • Assist managing the executive's email inbox daily.
  • Assist the executive with managing internal and external correspondence relating to work and personal activities.
  • Provide consistent administrative support including updating contact information, preparing expense reports, and completing other office organization tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and other reports or documents using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Support other tax, operations, and financial reporting managers during peak times.
  • Coordinate and assist with financial matters that pertain to the executive, which includes preparing simple balance sheets and profit and loss statements in Excel, reconciling related cash accounts, filing annual reports with MA Secretary of State and preparing and filing Form 990 for non-profit.
