Warehouse/Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:

Saf-T-Glove, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including pulling and shipping orders, unloading deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify order contents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Break down pallets and securely shrink-wrap for shipment
• Receive and verify inbound shipments, ensuring correct counts
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts
• Unload trucks manually and sort materials appropriately
• Move products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment (carts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Provide friendly, efficient support to customers by phone and/or email. Ensure customer questions, orders, and issues are handled quickly and professionally
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, shipping, billing)

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with manual labor, including unloading trucks by hand
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Basic computer skills (email and data entry a plus)
• Experience with shipping software is a plus
• Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude
