Location: Restaurants in the Fairway Shops, Lahaina

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Shift Leader to guide and support our team in the day-to-day operations of our multi-unit restaurants.

What You'll Do:

• Lead restaurant operations during any given shift by assisting the team
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
• Ensure lighting, music, cleanliness are always on point and consistent
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests
• Motivate the team for better financial performance, including sales, cost controls, and profitability.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work with corporate team on marketing initiatives, promotions, and local partnerships
• Stay current with industry trends

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of hospitality and guest service excellence
• Proven ability to manage labor, control costs, and meet financial goals
• Experience with scheduling, training, inventory management, and POS systems
• Food Handler's Certification and Alcohol Service Certification (as required by local law)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
