About the Role
We are hiring Logistic Technicians to support industrial logistics and material movement activities within a semiconductor construction environment. This position requires a reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented individual who can take direction, stay organized, and execute daily logistics tasks efficiently. The Logistic Technician will support move-in activities, staging, and coordination of material flow—including cleanroom-compliant work—while maintaining a high standard of safety, housekeeping, and teamwork.---
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily material handling, staging, and transport of components and equipment
- Maintain high organization of laydown/staging areas (labeling, grouping, inventory awareness, and clear access paths)
- Operate pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment safely and correctly
- Support bulk move‑in operations, including crane-assisted equipment placement
- Provide safety spotting and maintain proper barricades/exclusion zones as required during moves and lift activities
- Support cleanroom logistics, including working in required cleanroom suit/PPE and following contamination control practices
- Use scissor lifts as assigned (training provided) and follow all lift safety requirements
- Assist logistics supervisors with task execution, documentation, and workflow organization
- Communicate clearly in English with supervisors, technicians, and other trades to coordinate priorities and resolve conflicts professionally
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance
- Perform other general logistics and labor duties as assigned
- Report hazards, incidents, damaged materials, near-misses, or delays promptly to leadership
Qualifications (Required)
- Ability to take direction and follow established procedures consistently
- Highly organized and detail oriented; able to maintain material control and staging discipline
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic; able to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability: must show up on time every day and maintain consistent attendance
- Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills; able to communicate professionally under schedule pressure
- Must speak English (verbal communication required for safety and coordination)
- Comfortable with physical labor (industrial logistics / material handling) and working on feet for extended periods
- Able to work in a cleanroom suit / required PPE and comply with site safety rules
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Forklift certified (bonus; may be required depending on assignment)
- Prior experience in construction, warehouse, industrial logistics, or semiconductor/fab environments
