Elliot Services specialize in residential service. We are seeking a licensed plumber to add to the growing team.
Job Description
As a Plumber you will perform a wide range of plumbing work in residential and commercial service and construction environments. Your role is critical in ensuring systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, maintain and upgrade pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure compliance and functionality.
- Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
- Prepare cost estimates for projects and repairs.
- Read and interpret building plans and blueprints to execute work according to specifications.
Qualifications
- Kentucky plumbing license is recommended but not required
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Technical training or apprenticeship program
- 3+ Years of experience in residential and/or commercial setting is recommended
- Valid driver's license
- Own your own hand tools
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
