Job Description:

Our client is looking for a mid-level Software Tester with strong manual and automation testing

expertise to support our healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have

experience testing healthcare applications, understand healthcare workflows, and ensure

compliance with industry standards.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure,

and compliant software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Review business requirements, healthcare workflows, and functional specifications to

design comprehensive test plans and test cases.

 Perform manual testing, including functional, integration and regression for

healthcare applications/Products.

 Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium

and TOSCA.

 Validate data accuracy using SQL, including testing of HIPAA-sensitive data flows and

database interactions.

 Conduct API testing using tools like Postman (Min).

 Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA.

 Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure

quality is maintained across the SDLC.

 Participate in sprint planning, refinements, and QA reviews within Agile Scrum teams.

 Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, PHI handling guidelines).

 Provide clear test execution reports and support root cause analysis and continuous

improvement initiatives.

Experience:

 Bachelor's degree.

 6+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation), including at

least 2 years in the healthcare domain (preferred).

 Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.

 2-3 years of Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and TOSCA.

 2 years of hands-on experience with JIRA.

 Good knowledge of SQL for validation and data integrity checks.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools.

 Strong communication skills; flexible and collaborative team player.

Additional Note:

 We need one profile with a strong TOSCA skill set.

 The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in TOSCA.
