This Warehouse Manager position at Micro-Tech Endoscopy Americas requires a broad skillset for planning and carrying out multiple responsibilities in a lean operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Warehouse/Distribution Center operations, balancing operational demands with team development and engagement.
- Establish and maintain a team structure that enables clear ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Develop strong relationships with team members.
- Develop, monitor, and control Warehouse processes: 1) Receiving, Customer Returns & Inspection, 2) Inventory Optimization & Controls, 3) Claims, Rework & Scrap, 4) Physical & Cycle Counting, 5) Shipping, Supplier Returns & Inspection
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and work instructions that support Warehouse priorities of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Develop and direct Warehouse team members, including partnering with the internal Talent Acquisition specialist on hiring, as well as onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing development of the team.
- Prepare and deliver periodic operational updates to internal stakeholders affected by Warehouse operations.
- Work with U.S. and international suppliers, customers, and the Supply Chain team to track all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.
- Create, update, and follow clear work instructions and process documents to support accurate inventory control.
- Track and review Warehouse performance, identify issues, and take action to improve results.
- Lead the Warehouse team by providing clear direction, hands-on training, and support when problems arise.
- Ensure everyone understands their role and responsibilities.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and other departments to solve problems and support daily operations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment in a regulated industry.
- Experience in overseeing facility operations, equipment maintenance, and contract services.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop warehouse teams.
- Experience driving continuous improvement in processes, policies, and operations.
- At least 2 years of ERP experience (Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar)
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly, with the ability to coach and support others as new tools or processes are introduced.
- Proficient with basic computer tools, including Microsoft and Google applications, and able to use them for scheduling, reporting, and team communication.
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Multi-site location warehouse experience
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience in an FDA regulated industry

Pay: $80, $85,000.00 per year
