Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dallas, TX, for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, handling motions, managing depositions, and representing clients in court. The role also includes client communication, case preparation, and addressing a variety of legal issues related to estate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation.

Qualifications

• Strong legal knowledge and expertise in estate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary law.
• Proficiency in drafting motions and handling legal documentation effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in legal research and preparation for complex cases.
• Practical skills in managing depositions and other procedural matters.
• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and experience working with courts.
• Exceptional professional communication and client management skills.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas is required.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
