We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Client Service Manager, based in our Chadds Ford office. This is an on-site leadership role (not remote) and a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients, families, caregivers, and team members every day in a fast paced environment.
As a manager of managers, you will lead accomplished Client Care Managers, Client Service Managers, and collaborate closely with our Wellness team (RNs/LPNs). You will play a critical role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring appropriate staffing and scheduling, and supporting caregivers—always guided by our "Client First" philosophy. We are looking for someone who brings both urgency and empathy, who can confidently navigate challenging situations while fostering trust, consistency, and continuity of care. What You'll Do- Lead and support Client Care Managers, Client Service Managers, and the Wellness team (RNs/LPNs)
- Oversee day-to-day client operations to ensure excellent client and caregiver satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and families while ensuring proper staffing and scheduling
- Step in hands-on when needed to resolve issues or support the team
- Improve processes to keep operations running smoothly and proactively
- Track performance metrics and ensure accountability
- Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales leadership
- Participate in Management On-Call rotation every 2–3 weeks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, home care, hospitals, call centers, operations, or logistics
- Proven experience managing people, processes, and high-volume operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Calm, adaptable, and empathetic leadership style
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
