Position Overview:

We are looking for an Office Administrator with experience in classroom instruction or tutoring—someone who loves organization, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys making a difference in students' lives. This unique role combines administrative excellence with hands-on educational support, offering you the chance to grow professionally while contributing to our mission of individualized, multi-dimensional, and multi-sensory education.

Key Responsibilities:

· Office & Operations

Manage supplies and inventory; maintain an organized workspace

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events

· Communication & Coordination

Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries

Maintain schedules for founders, program leaders, and teachers

Assist with client intake and basic sales coordination

· Documentation & Data

Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain filing systems

Input data accurately and keep records up to date

· Customer Service

Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience

Respond to inquiries and direct them appropriately

· Financial Support

Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

· Educational Support

Engage with students through hands-on experiments and mini projects

Support teachers during classroom activities when needed

Must Have Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  2. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and respect diverse perspectives

  3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced startup environment

  4. Experience in special education as a teacher or as a para-professional with ability to work with children with sensory and/or special needs.

  5. One of the following:

  6. Bachelor's degree in science, education, or a related field.

  7. Experience in classroom instruction or tutoring for elementary or middle school students.

For those in eligible roles, compensation may be revised on periodic basis in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
