About Stayd

Stayd is an innovative AI-native travel commerce platform that's redefining how people book and experience travel. We blend cutting-edge AI with blockchain technology to create a seamless, tokenized economy for travel. Users simply tell our AI concierge what they want, and it handles the rest: finding inventory, booking with STAY tokens, optimizing for savings, and ensuring VIP treatment. Powered by assets like STAY (booking token), PERQ (status perks), and RNFTs (tradable Room-Night NFTs), Stayd acts as the balance sheet, concierge, and clearing layer for modern travel—all in one integrated tech stack. Join us in building the future of intelligent, rewarding travel

Internship Summary

We're seeking a high-energy Operations Intern to dive into the fast-paced world of a growing AI/Web3 travel startup. This role is perfect for either a
recent college graduate
looking to kickstart your career or a
senior undergraduate
ready to tackle real responsibility. You'll support core operations, from streamlining processes to handling platform logistics and partner coordination. Expect a dynamic environment where no two days are the same—high energy and a proactive mindset are essential as you'll help keep our innovative travel economy running smoothly while learning from a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including monitoring AI concierge workflows, inventory integrations, and token transaction flows (STAY, PERQ, RNFTs).
  • Support process optimization: identify bottlenecks in booking/rebooking logic, VIP arrangements, or user onboarding and propose quick-win improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, partnerships) to execute operational tasks and track project timelines.
  • Conduct research on travel industry trends, competitor platforms, hotel/supplier APIs, and blockchain ops best practices.
  • Help manage partner onboarding, data entry/validation, and reporting (e.g., dashboards for booking volume, token usage, or savings metrics).
  • Contribute to special projects like scaling operational tools (Notion, Slack, Airtable), testing new features, or organizing internal events.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks with enthusiasm—whether it's analyzing user feedback, preparing reports, or jumping into urgent operational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Current senior undergraduate or recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or a related field.
  • High energy and proactive attitude
—you thrive in fast-moving environments and love taking initiative without constant direction.
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, or Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Genuine interest in tech startups, AI, blockchain/tokenization, or the travel industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in operations, startups, tech, or hospitality/travel.
  • Basic understanding of Web3 concepts (tokens, NFTs) or eagerness to learn quickly.
  • Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or project management tools.
  • Comfort with remote work and asynchronous communication.
  • Bonus: Multilingual skills or personal passion for travel.
