Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our interventional psychiatry clinic in NYC. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, exceptional patient care, and continued growth of our innovative mental health practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations and workflow
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare standards
- Optimize scheduling systems to maximize provider utilization and patient experience
- Track key performance indicators and implement operational improvements
- Address patient concerns and maintain high satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare practice management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and EMR/EHR systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in mental health or psychiatry settings preferred
Pay: $75, $90,000.00 per year
