What you'll do at Lewer:

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Content Manager, you are the voice of our brand and a vital contributor to the success of the Marketing department. You create high-quality, engaging content that advances Lewer's marketing, brand, and business objectives. You own the composition and editing of copy for key communications and act as a subject-matter expert in writing, best practices, and message clarity across platforms. By translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content, you help drive lead generation, client engagement, and company positioning. Guided by campaign priorities, you extend the reach and impact of written content across multiple platforms. You are committed to consistency, clarity, and integrity in every message, ensuring our brand voice builds trust and strengthens relationships.

Your Key Areas of Impact

Copywriting & Lead Generation: You are responsible for developing and editing a wide range of content, including blogs, guides, marketing emails, websites, and publications. Beyond simply producing content tailored to unique audiences, you ensure each piece is strategically aligned with Lewer's brand voice, style, and business objectives. You create original pieces and adapt third-party materials into co-branded assets that resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and support measurable growth in lead generation.

Content Strategy & Repurposing: You help maximize the value of every piece of content by extending its lifecycle, repurposing it across multiple platforms. Blogs become social posts, paid ads, downloadable resources, and other multi-use assets that reinforce consistent messaging. Your strategic approach ensures that content not only reaches a wider audience but also maintains relevance over time, increasing both brand visibility and marketing efficiency.

Digital Communications: You manage and create social media, newsletters, web content, and short video scripts that reflect audience needs and brand standards while also being optimized for SEO and LLMs. You adapt tone and format by channel to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion.

Collaboration & Industry Listening: You collaborate with team members across the company while also listening to the trends and challenges experienced by clients and our target audience. With this insight, you identify the topics that matter most, create content calendars, and then write about them in ways that inform, reassure, and motivate readers. Your storytelling creates an emotional connection, reflects Lewer's values, and builds long-term relationships.

Special Projects: You provide essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, ensuring each experience reflects the organization's professionalism, culture, and objectives. You assist in preparing events that foster engagement and create connection. You contribute to communications, materials preparation, and day-of execution, ensuring events run smoothly and that stakeholders have what they need for a successful outcome.
