Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves supporting assembly line operations, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring the smooth production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments. Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly line operations to produce components and finished products efficiently
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely and accurately
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Support mechanical maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly line processes advantageous
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures required
• Warehouse experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as needed
