Position Overview
Interior Design Project Coordinator – Linden Creek Raleigh Studio
Linden Creek is redefining luxury in interior design and home staging, blending creativity with execution. At our Raleigh studio, we set the gold standard—defining processes and client experiences that roll out across our growing national brand. As our Interior Design Project Coordinator, you'll ensure every client project runs seamlessly—from onboarding, through procurement and financials, to final installation. You won't be designing the spaces, but you will be the operational anchor—ensuring excellence every step of the way..
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for clients from project kick-off to completion.
Manage project timelines, coordinating every logistical detail from procurement to vendor communication.
Oversee invoicing, ensuring clients are aligned with financial milestones.
Coordinate installation logistics and ensure a flawless project closeout.
Who You Are:
A polished communicator who thrives in client-facing roles.
Exceptionally organized and proactive, with a passion for ensuring all moving parts align.
Experienced in project management, ideally in design or a related service industry.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient with project management tools, spreadsheets, and invoicing platforms.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in interior design.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and project organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
