What You'll Do (And Why It Matters)

As our
Lead Mitigation Technician
, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader who helps families and businesses recover from unexpected disasters. You'll be the reassuring voice, the steady presence, and the expert who brings calm back to chaos.

Key Responsibilities (SOP Highlights)

You'll lead and train technicians while ensuring our high standards are met every time:

Perform water, fire, mold & biohazard mitigation following IICRC standards

Set up & monitor equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, etc.)

Document jobs fully through photos, moisture readings, and job notes

Lead demolition, cleaning, containment setup, and site stabilization

Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters & team members

Manage jobsite safety, quality control, and workflow

Train techs on proper procedures, safety, and customer care

Ensure daily vehicle, tool & equipment inspections

Maintain strict professionalism, empathy & customer-first service

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings skill
and
heart:

2+ years mitigation or restoration experience

IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT preferred)

Valid driver's license & clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments

Strong leadership, communication & customer interaction skills

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-focused energy

Ability to work on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
