Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing **Logistics** team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and staging of customer orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to **Safety** are vital to our operational success. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed correctly and shipped on time. You'll be an integral part of our **Logistics** fulfillment process, adhering to all **Safety** standards and proper **PPE** usage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before packaging and dispatch.
  • Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage orders and inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work area.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere strictly to all **Safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
  • Support overall **Logistics** operations and contribute to team goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and **Lifting** up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced **Logistics** environment.
  • Willingness to follow all **Safety** guidelines and wear **PPE**.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
