Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and designated areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines for personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to safety standards and willingness to use PPE.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
