Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive virtual sales growth. This pivotal role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing innovative digital campaigns that expand our client base, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality virtual leads. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to achieve measurable business results in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content marketing) to drive virtual lead generation and online sales.Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channe
- Oversee and optimize the company's website for user experience, lead capture, and search engine visibility.
- Manage and grow Care Indeed's social media presence, leveraging analytics to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Create, maintain, and analyze reporting across platforms; extract actionable insights for campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and track KPIs for all digital marketing initiatives; prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; use findings to inform marketing strategies and service positioning.
- Guide the creation of compelling, compliant, and audience-specific content for digital channels (blog, email, social media, video, webinars, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff and nurturing.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay current with marketing technology, digital trends, and regulatory changes in healthcare marketing; recommend and implement new tools or tactics as appropriate.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CAN-SPAM) and ethical standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team; set clear goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
- Plan and implement A/B testing for digital campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for all digital channels.
- Represent Care Indeed at virtual industry events, webinars, and online forums to build brand authority and generate leads.
- Develop and execute account retention and upsell campaigns for existing clients using digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and virtual sales enablement.
- Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software), and social media management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with home care services and the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience scaling brands or products in a startup or high-growth environment.
Working Conditions
- Professional office environment; routine use of standard office equipment.
- Primarily a desk job with significant telephone and online communication.
- Occasional travel to local or out-of-town seminars, conferences, or meetings.
- Minimal lifting required (up to 25 pounds).

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional weekends as needed.
