About

Got Drive? Join AnyVan as we make moving anything, anywhere miles better and build a career that moves just as fast.
Back in 2009, our CEO Angus saw half-empty vans everywhere and knew there had to be a better way! That's how AnyVan began. He set out to create the world’s most efficient logistics technology and help halve the number of wasted miles by filling those empty vans.
Since then we’ve become the nation’s favourite way to move, with over 150k five‑star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn’t have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.
We’re looking for a motivated graduate who has completed their studies and is looking for a broad, commercially focused role in a fast‑growing business.
Reporting into our Martech team, this role will be critical in helping us understand how marketing activities are performing (including owning our core attribution model), supporting the business case creation of new projects, and ensuring that marketing investment is deployed effectively to maximise revenue returns.
This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, curious, and keen to learn how a scale‑up operates, while having real day‑to‑day impact on major decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing Data analysis and insights
Analyse data (from tools like Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) to find trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across the team
Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics across marketing, that enable the ability to self‑serve where possible
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of changes
Setting up experiments
Work with teams across Brand, Performance and CRM to establish the correct methodology for testing A/B, and guidance on time to significance
Build dashboards that allow teams to understand and see how experiments are performing in‑flight
Summarise outputs in a consistent way, and report back to the relevant stakeholder to make decisions
Owning marketing attribution
Continue to develop the platform that allows marketing to measure all channels in one place
Work with product to develop tracking solutions where needed, ensuring that data is available and stored correctly
Own our 3rd‑party analytics tools, and work with data engineering and product to ensure that they are correctly implemented
What You’ll Need To Succeed
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
A graduate with relevant internships or early careers with some experience working in a scale‑up environment
Solid experience in data analysis, coding (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.) and reporting tools such as Excel, Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI
Commercial common sense and a focus on outcomes, not just activity
The ability to work at pace, balancing planned campaigns with fast‑moving, reactive opportunities
A proactive, low‑ego approach, you’re happy to get stuck in and take responsibility
Tech‑savvy with a passion for AI and quick to learn new tools (experience with platforms like HubSpot is a bonus, not essential)
Curiosity and a growth mindset, you’re always testing, learning
You understand the value of data to drive decisions and are confident analysing performance and investigating issues
Alignment with our values and a desire to make a meaningful impact
