• Qualified candidates must have experience working on venture capital/early-stage
financings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial
transactions, in addition to general corporate experience.
• The ideal candidate will have sophisticated document drafting and project management
skills, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, an exceptional work ethic, and must
be comfortable having direct interaction with partners and clients. Strong writing and
communication skills are required.
• To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and
must be in good standing and an active member of the California Bar.
