What You'll Do:

As an Aerator Technician, you' will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our paperboard products by preparing materials for die-cutting and printing. You will operate both the aerator machine and the baler machine, ensuring smooth and efficient production from start to finish. Your attention to detail and hands-on expertise will support our high standards and contribute directly to the success of our growing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operate and maintain aerator and baler machines according to established procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Monitor equipment performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues such as paper jams to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Report any equipment concerns or malfunctions promptly to support continuous production flow.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members across departments to achieve production goals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset: Team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Work Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
