About

We are currently seeking a Customer Service candidate who exemplifies a successful, career-oriented professional with a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a self-motivated drive to complete assignments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, adhering to company service standards.

  • Gather comprehensive information regarding plumbing and drain issues to develop accurate job descriptions.

  • Schedule appointments in coordination with the dispatcher and team members.

  • Verify customer contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.

  • Follow up with customers after service delivery to ensure satisfaction.

  • Contact customers regarding unpaid invoices and assist in the collection of outstanding balances.

  • Create, update, and organize customer accounts and service notes within the ServiceTitan platform.

  • Process payments, manage membership renewals, and address billing inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate service records, call logs, and customer histories.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification is generally required, with prior industry experience preferred. We will consider any suitable combination of education, experience, or training. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, customer awareness, and a service-oriented mindset, demonstrating a commitment to the principle of treating others with respect. The ideal applicant will exhibit a personable demeanor, valuing respectful interactions while fostering productive working relationships and ensuring strict confidentiality. Effective communication, understanding, and empathy are essential, as is the ability to maintain a professional and composed demeanor, particularly when working with diverse populations who may be experiencing elevated stress levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
