What You'll Do

• Manage residential construction projects from kickoff to final walkthrough
• Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subs
• Oversee daily site progress, safety, and quality control
• Monitor schedules and budgets, flagging overages early
• Solve problems on the fly and keep communication clear and positive

Pay & Perks

• $85,000–$110,000/year (based on experience, this amount includes salary and typical performance bonuses)
• 2 weeks paid vacation (3 weeks after 5 years)
• 8 paid holidays

• Fuel card + $50/month vehicle maintenance allowance

Requirements
What You Bring

• 5+ years of residential remodel project management required
• Bonus: Production home building experience
• Strong understanding of build processes and safety standards
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping details
• Great communicator—someone who keeps clients, crews, and vendors in sync
• Tech-savvy
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required
