Technical Support Specialist - AI Calling Platform

We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide real-time assistance to users of our AI calling platform via video meetings. During downtime, you'll support additional office tech projects and documentation.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support via video calls for our AI calling platform users
  • Troubleshoot campaign setup, call quality issues, and CRM integrations
  • Guide users through platform features (number pools, transfers, call settings, dispositions)
  • Assist with telephony integrations and API configurations
  • Help resolve connectivity issues, VoIP quality problems, and calling workflows
  • Create documentation and knowledge base articles during downtime
  • Test new features and collaborate with our development team

Required Skills:

  • Experience in technical support or help desk roles
  • Understanding of VoIP/telephony systems and call quality troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
  • Comfortable with ticketing systems and support documentation

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI voice platforms
  • Knowledge of telephony providers and carrier integrations
  • Understanding of STIR/SHAKEN and spam prevention for calling

Details:

  • Location: In-office position in Louisville, KY - Not Remote
