About This Role:

  • Facility inspection, maintenance, and repairs: Inspects facilities and performs preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and general repairs using appropriate tools.
  • Cleaning and upkeep of facilities: Conducts routine cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior areas, including offices, common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and grounds to maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Security and after-hours response: Supports security functions by responding to after-hours alarms, securing doors and locks, monitoring facility access issues, and carrying a company-provided cell phone for emergency response.
  • Office setup and contractor coordination: Reconfigures, installs, and moves office furniture and workspaces; assists with package receiving and delivery; and helps monitor work performed by outside contractors.
  • Inventory, compliance, and equipment monitoring: Maintains inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies, assists with monitoring vaccine storage units, and ensures compliance with established safety and maintenance checklists.

Education and Experience  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office in a healthcare setting, preferred 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferred
