Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks using Qualia, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and other office software to update records accurately.
- Support office management activities such as filing, organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs with professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Qualia and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Prior experience in reception or administrative support roles is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management tools including calendar management, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
