About

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations of the assigned apartment community with the objective of consistently achieving the highest possible occupancy. This is a floating position that will require some travel between our coastal properties are located in Wilmington, NC and Little River, SC as needed

This position is Full-Time with operating hours being from 09:00 am - 05:30 pm. Saturdays are required based on occupancy 10:00 am to 02:00 pm; when Saturday is not required, will work half-day during the week instead.

Duties include:

  • Plan and implement residential leasing promotions based on market research
  • Tracking and accurately reporting sales leads and advertising efforts
  • Presenting apartments to potential tenants in a compelling manner - Achieving highest standards from phone and site shops
  • Maintaining compliance with all fair housing requirements
  • Ensuring property curb appeal and vacancies are maintained to standard
  • Leasing up vacancies
  • Detailed management of screening tenants and leasing to excellent residence
  • Insure rents are received timely
  • Daily deposits
  • Rent role daily management
  • Coordinate timely make ready's with maintenance
  • Inventory control
  • Answering residents inquires
  • Maintain occupancy through resident retention and leasing
  • Managing prospects and creating traffic to the property through marketing efforts

  • The ability to set and meet deadlines
  • A Detail oriented, highly organized team player
  • Superior verbal and written presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
