What You'll Do:
The Ford Customer Service Analytics (FCSA) team, part of Sales and Services Data & Analytics (SSDA) within Global Data, Insight & Analytics (GDI&A), is hiring a Data Scientist for the Re‑Acquired Vehicle (RAV) platform. This platform accelerates and automates RAV insights for the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) to help reduce RAV spend and improve service quality. You'll partner with data engineers and business stakeholders to uncover patterns in large, complex datasets, build dashboards/models, and deliver decision intelligence across the RAV ecosystem.
