Where You Will Work 

Our Collaboration Hub in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, Louisiana, serves as an important location for our global support groups, including investor relations, finance, engineering, marketing, communications, and information technology. Employees in New Orleans mostly follow a hybrid schedule where they collaborate virtually and may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings or training. The Hub is located inside a beautiful historic building and provides office space, meeting rooms, kitchen and dining space, phone booths, and technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. New Orleans is a popular tourist destination known for its rich history, architecture, cultural arts, music, and cuisine. Many great hotels, galleries, restaurants, and museums are a short walk from the Hub.  

What You Will Do
Plan, direct and ensure all aspects of integrated materials storage, receipt, issue, ordering, inventory, container management, and requirement definitions for capital project related materials are executed in a consistent manner globally. Oversee individual project materials organizations to ensure project objectives of safety, scope, cost, and schedule are met.
 
  • Participate in the development of project Materials Execution Plans for each project, outlining strategies, processes, and staff requirements
  • Develop consistent reports of material status for projects
  • Participate in logistics planning and execution, including packing, inspections, and transit of capital goods
  • Develop tracking controls systems to ensure efficient execution of projects
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain leads to ensure compliance to site requirements, and optimum utilization of resources and staff
  • Ensure critical materials and supplies are accurately and safely stored and issued to construction personnel as needed
  • Oversee effectiveness of project materials staff and report to project management improvement opportunities
  • Oversee system interface (receiving, storing, issuing) accuracy to ensure compliance and excellent material accuracy
  • Perform other duties as requested
What You Bring
  • High School diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years experience in inventory management, systems & project management and analysis projects required, OR

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and ten (10) years combined experience in inventory management, system & project management and analysis projects required, OR

  • Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and eight (8) years combined experience in inventory management, system & project management and analysis projects required

 

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $110,000 - $155,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation considerations based on company and individual performance.  Additionally, this position is currently eligible for annual long-term incentive consideration.  Long-term incentives are contingent upon authorized approval under the terms and conditions of the Company's plan and award agreements.  More details will be shared during the hiring process. Click here to view a sample of Total Rewards Estimate for this role.
