Join our growing logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Chicago, Illinois! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with precision.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse operations, including material handling and light assembly, as directed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and workflow.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours if needed.
