Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for transit.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation.

- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking/packing or warehouse roles preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively in a group.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations is helpful.
