Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently to ensure product protection during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Operate packing equipment and assist with shipping procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
- Properly use all required PPE, including gloves and safety glasses.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of logistics operations.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is desirable.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
