About
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio, and play a key role in our order processing and fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This involves navigating the warehouse efficiently, locating items using an RF scanner, and ensuring that orders are prepared to meet our high-quality standards. You will also be involved in receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment center. The ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently is essential. This position requires regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. We emphasize safety in all our operations, providing comprehensive training and ensuring the use of appropriate PPE. Understanding the importance of timely order fulfillment is critical, as you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
